Plants are full of the richest sources of nutrients the human body needs in order to thrive. Plant-based has been acquiring the spotlight at many meals and for well-deserved reasons too.

Bloomberg also forecasted that plant-based meat could make a quarter of the roughly $1.8 trillion meat market by 2040.
